s/o to my new client who graciously let me use her as a back/cupping model. She had limited range of motion in her right shoulder when we started. But after an hour of massage with cupping, she was able to do a whole windmill with her right arm pain free. I have spots for massage with cupping or cbd available this week! Come get yours 🌞

I had some questions regarding my last post. Here is some more information on how cupping works, and how it can benefit you and your body. Cupping is also described as “negative pressure” meaning instead of pressing like regular massage, it’s more of a pull. Separating skin from fascia, fascia from muscles, and muscles from deep muscles. I have used it many times on myself and find great benefits especially around my traps, quads, IT bands and lower back. I have even read studies that it brightens tattoos! I am looking forward to using this form of therapy through my practice. I encourage everybody to try it at least once.
