St. Patrick’s Day at Richland Nursing & Rehab was a hit! 🍀 We enjoyed shamrock shakes and homemade shamrock cookies, lovingly made by our DON and her daughter, who is also an activity aide at Richland. The day was full of fun with morning trivia and sweet treats in the afternoon!

This Long Term Care Administrator’s Week, we are proud to recognize Kevin Bean for his leadership at Richland Nursing & Rehab.

Kevin began his career in long-term care in 2009 as an Activities Director and quickly discovered his calling. Now serving as Administrator at Richland for nearly two years, he sees leadership as an opportunity to strengthen care, support his team, and ensure every resident feels valued and respected.

He fosters a culture of accountability, growth, and open communication, believing that challenges are opportunities to improve. By leading with transparency and humility, Kevin empowers his team to do their best work each day.

His advice for future leaders is simple: never stop caring. Care for your residents, your staff, your families, and yourself. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys continually learning and exploring new interests, a reflection of the curiosity and dedication he brings to his role.
