Thank you everybody for understanding my long break from social media. While I can love this tool it really can become overwhelming to me to worry about posting something everyday. It’s really not me. With that said I know yinz are probably missing Stormy so here she is!!!! 🤣🤣

I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately—and I just want to say how grateful I am for that.

This season gave me the opportunity to step back, unplug, and be fully present in my life, my work, and the people I love. As much as I enjoy sharing here, there is something deeply nourishing about slowing down and living in the moments that don’t always make it onto a screen.

I’m incredibly thankful for the space to do that, and for the clients and community who continue to support Hunter Structural Integration with so much trust and patience.

I’ll be returning to posting again in January, feeling refreshed and inspired. Until then, I’m fully booked through the 22nd and so appreciative of a calendar filled with meaningful work.

Happy holidays 🤍 I hope this season finds you feeling loved, safe, and truly valued. Thank you for being here—whether quietly or loudly—and for allowing me the grace to step away and come back when it feels right.

✨ Winter Solstice ✨
Today marks the longest night of the year—and the quiet return of the light.

At Hunter Structural Integration, we honor this season as an invitation to slow down, restore, and realign. Just as nature rests and resets, our bodies benefit from moments of stillness, care, and gentle support.

May this solstice bring you grounding, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance as we move toward brighter days ahead. ❄️🌲

Lately, I’ve been intentionally exploring alternative healing and connecting with different practitioners in our area—and I truly want to give each of them the recognition they deserve. As someone who works with the body every day, it feels important to continue learning, experiencing, and expanding my own healing so I can better support the people who trust me with theirs.

It’s also incredibly important to me to personally meet and experience the work of the holistic practitioners I refer my clients to. When I recommend someone, I want it to come from a place of connection, trust, and firsthand understanding. Building these relationships not only strengthens our healing community but also ensures that my clients receive the highest-quality care, even beyond my own practice. These connections truly mean a lot to me.

To start, I want to highlight Melissa Sacred Souls. I recently experienced my first Spinal Flow session with her, and I absolutely loved it. I left feeling like my spine was longer, my movements were more fluid, and my whole system had more space. She created such a warm, relaxing environment, and I’m excited to continue working with her.

Next, a huge shoutout to Jimmy at Flood City Massage. He has done so much work on me over the years and somehow always manages to fit me into his schedule. I appreciate him more than he knows—his consistency and skill make such a difference.

I also want to recognize Dr. Matt Duray at Synergy Chiropractic. His adjustments are incredible, and he has gotten me out of some very painful back situations. Every session with him is effective, healing, and truly supportive. I always feel feel heard and better when I leave.

Another practitioner who deserves a special mention is Dr. Farabaugh at Cortex Chiropractic, who has helped me tremendously with lengthening and balancing out my left leg. His attention to detail and understanding of structural patterns has been so beneficial. He always helps my clients when they have run into walls over and over again.

I also want to highlight Ashley from Flourish, who has given me several massages that made me feel like I traveled out of this world. Her work is truly immersive and deeply relaxing, and she has even created some amazing tea blends for me that I absolutely love.

And lastly, a heartfelt shoutout to Listening Hands Therapeutic in Somerset. Clive was the first craniosacral practitioner I ever worked with—and the experience was incredible. His wife, Katie, offers deeply therapeutic trigger point work that is equally powerful. Their combined approach is something I’m grateful to have discovered.

Breathwork has been one of the most powerful tools in my healing over the years. It’s grounded me, opened me, challenged me, and supported me through so many chapters of growth. ✨

I’m beyond grateful to be taking the next step in this journey with Joe — he’s helping guide me toward becoming a certified breath worker, and I couldn’t feel more aligned or inspired. 🤍 I highly reccomend trying a sound/breath work shop

I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing this journey, branching out, and learning even more from the incredible practitioners in our area. Exploring alternative medicine has not only supported my own body, but has inspired me in my work and deepened my appreciation for the healing community we have here.

Here’s to staying open, staying curious, and lifting one another up. 🤍✨

Hi everyone ✨
I know I’ve been a little quieter on social media lately, but I promise—I’m still here, still working, and still fully available to my amazing clients. Life has brought a lot of big changes my way these past few months, and I’ve been giving myself the space to move through them with intention.

This pause has also given me time to dream up some rebranding and new ways to show up with even better visibility and clarity in the new year. I’m excited for what’s coming, and I’m so grateful for your patience as I step back from posting to focus on what matters most.

Thank you for continuing to support me, trust me, and keep my schedule full. I am officially booked for December and am now scheduling into January. If you’d like to reserve a spot for the new year, now is the perfect time.

Your support means everything. 🤍
Here’s to growth, alignment, and a beautiful year ahead.

Looking for a male and female to be photographed professionally for my branding photos. December 8th at 12. Rolfing uniform will be requested for most pictures but not all. Just figured easier to start this way and see who is possibly comfortable with this.

✨ TGIF, friends ✨
A little reminder as we head into the weekend: coming back into our bodies is where true healing begins. Embodiment is the quiet path home to ourselves. 🤍

I hope you all find a moment today to breathe, feel, and soften back into you.

Why do we focus on REAL food? My kids would tell you it’s because it “makes us feel good.”

We all know that fruits, vegetables, meats, and other whole foods are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, protein, and healthy fats—but what does that actually mean? It means your body *depends* on these nutrients to function well and feel its best every day.

When you eat “junk” food/ highly processed foods regularly, you miss out on those important nutrients.
🥕 Vitamin A → eyes, skin, immune system
🍊 Vitamin C → immune + antioxidant support
🐟 Omega-3s → brain + heart health
🌾 Fiber → digestion& prevent constipation

and more.

These nutrients that keep you healthy come from whole foods—not highly processed, pre-packaged options. Over time, missing these essentials can lead to deficiencies, and that’s when health issues begin to show up.

This is why I’m such a big advocate for WHOLE foods. They provide the nourishment your body needs to truly thrive.

This week, try adding more fruits and veggies into your meals. Each week, aim to boost your whole-food choices or swap out one “junk” item. Starting small is still starting somewhere!
