Food preservation is very important and can save you money, avoid going to the grocery store, and have food on hand that lasts LONGER than it would on the shelf. Shelf stable food is becoming very important with the times. If 2020 taught us anything; it’s be prepared for shortage. And with food preservation, you can get to a point when you won’t be shorted on anything 😉☺️

Welcome to my new page! This page will work with my other page Baking with Bekah and will promote things that come from nature. Healing our bodies naturally. I will post tips and research along with helpful information about plants that can help us and their benefits. Foods to eat, and foods to avoid and why to avoid them (causes of inflammation, hard to digest, eat). I also anticipate posting some healthy meals and recipes that you can try at home! I am jumping in with both feet on this because it has captured my heart and I have a huge passion for it.
