We will be having a Reiki Level 1 certifications class on November 29th from 10a-2pm. This is for anyone with no prior experience! You will learn about energy, the history of reiki, how to preform a session on yourself/plants/food/loved ones/the world. The Hunter Full Moon will be celebrated October 7th at 6:30 pm! This moon is also a Supermoon!

One of my favorite moments- Mommy and Me Sessions.
Watching the invisible connection between kids and their moms. Watching moms be able to melt with littles in the room. Sometimes the kids peek over at their moms and watch them slip into a relaxed state (a place they often don't see) and they hold a little smirk. These are the moments that hold so much learning for them to watch a mirror of a part of them be able to exist without worry, fear and stress.

Our calendar for the month of October!

The Black times are available times for personal/private appointments such as Integrated Healing, Catalysts, Energetic Enlightenments and more.

The Orange are in studio classes. Everyone is accepted at yoga. No requirements necessary! You dont need to be flexible or have tons of mobility. You need your breath, your body and a mind. Full Moon event is open to all! Join us for a night to celebrate when the energy is at its most!

Brown will be our collabs here on the strip of Vinco! Kiddo friendly event is October 24th for trick-or-treat, Halloween costume contest, the chance to shop and make some cute things when your Littles! All free other than purchases within our shops obviously. We have two spaces remaining for facial and energy collabs!

Finally, Purple are our little surprises! We will be in Somerset at ohm body for somatics, yoga and more! And (drumroll please) We have entered the Johnstown Halloween Parade this year! We are so stoked! End the month with us at Hexenfest, a free event for all our spooky men and women! I will be guest speaking AND have very affordable mini energy sessions/guidance&downloads to follow!

This Sunday! We will have a short time frame for a little open shop! We have our fire balms, essential oil blends, bracelets, necklaces and more before we restock for Halloween season! 🍂✨️

Happy Autumn equinox! 🍂✨️
A time where the darkness and light become equivalent. Where we honor the dark parts just as much as the light. Where we reflect and give gratitude for our last season and release to step into new.

Last night we somatically released, tuned into gratitude with some warm cinnamon apple tea, left the sound of crystal bowls wash away and center us, made intention jars for our new season, shared our journal prompts, and finished with energy work and recharge. I LOVED THIS!

Join us for restorative yoga- you need no experience, you dont need to be flexible or have a certain body type. This is an amazing way to regulate your nervous system and find space within the body for release and openness. Helps with pain and tension!

I encourage your difference here. You dont have to have any understanding of what I do. You can question me along the way. You can express your different views, beliefs and i encourage you to. Maybe you'll teach me something. I always say you are shorting yourself if you think you know everything.
So stay curious, stay willing to listen and appreciate those differences.
Because this place right here is a place we can all come together irregardless of religion, politics, who you love, and your beliefs.
My goal is always to erase fear and bring forth safety, openness, nonjudgment and acceptance.
