I spent this past weekend continuing my education by taking a lymphatic drainage course (level 1). I’m very excited to not only add this technique into my practice but to teach you as well.

Our lymphatic system balances fluids in our bodies, regulates our immune system, it also helps absorb fatty acids in our stomach.

Lymphatic drainage has become widely popular in the last few years. Most all of pathologies and diseases stem from inflammation. This gentle technique aids the direction of flow of affected areas to the lymph nodes to drain- reducing inflammation.

I will be talking and offering this technique before your session to see if it would benefit/interest you.
