We had the best Christmas party! Eveyone put on their best Christmas shirts and fun hats to have some hot chocolate and decorate sugar cookies! Santa arrived to hand out some great gifts and spread Christmas cheer! Thank you to all of the staff, volunteers, and in house programs that helped with everything to make Christmas such a wonderful time! Thanks to the programs that help with the gifts! (Be a Santa to a Senior) and Resurrection Roman Catholic Parish, we are very grateful for all you do!

We had such a wonderful Christmas! We played Christmas present BIINGO and only had 1 person get a lump of coal! We wore our comfy holiday PJ’s while watching Elf and played a game with Christmas bows! There was a day where we wore our best Grinchy green or candy cane stripes and the next day was our Christmas sweaters!

Oh what fun we’ve been having! We made homemade dog treats and then they got delivered to Cambria County Humane Society and Somerset Humane Society! ❤️We had a wonderful time with Lisa(asera), she came and held an auction for us! We decorated our doors with our the wreaths that we made! They turned out so cute!

We can’t forget about the crafts we did! We made turkeys to display for our Thanksgiving dinner! Then we painted holiday ceramic figurines with Taci(Grane) and made snow globes with Candie(Interim)! We always have a great time! We watched Charlottes Wed and had all the good movie snacks! Thanks to Heidi(1Laurel) for coming in and doing an activity with us! The awe and wonder of God was amazingly put together! We tried somthing a lot of the residents never had for Cooking Club this month and made taco dip, it was a big hit! We celebrated all of our November birthdays with cake and music by Elwood Kelly!

What a wonderful Veterans Day we had! Thank you to Conemaugh Regional Hospice and their Chaplain for honoring our Veterans with a special service! Our Veterans had yummy treats from Dunkin Donuts and a delicious burger meal from Chilis!! A big thank you to eveyone for making this a wonderful day for our Veterans! 🇺🇸
