After losing 100 pounds through a medical weight-loss program at the Western Pennsylvania Bariatric Institute, Cali Sebak says the biggest change wasn’t just physical, it was how she felt and how others treated her.

Once struggling with fertility challenges, low energy, and feeling judged, Cali worked with her care team to follow a personalized medical weight-loss plan that supported her health, metabolism, and long-term goals. Over 18 months, she gained confidence, energy, improved overall well-being, and the ability to fully show up for her career and her life.

Today, Cali is expecting her first child and reminds others that medical weight loss isn’t a quick fix. It’s hard work, dedication, and self-compassion.
