We’re expanding our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program for children and youth with high-acuity needs — and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled Behavioral Consultant/Therapist to join our team.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

Provide consultation to families, schools, and treatment teams

Support and guide Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)

Help shape one of Pennsylvania’s most innovative children’s behavioral health programs

🎓 Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or related field

Licensed or license-eligible in PA (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Behavior Specialist, etc.)

At least 1 year of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to children/youth

Knowledge of IBHS and functional behavioral assessment preferred

Passion for helping youth achieve meaningful, lasting change
