It’s a good reminder to keep track of prescriptions, durable medical equipment, assistive devices, and medical histories.

AUCP’s Re-Use It / Assistive Technology program offers free durable medical equipment and accepts gently used items by appointment.

If you need equipment or want to donate, contact Jessica at jbackus@scalucp.org or (814) 915-4540.”

🤲 If you or someone you know could benefit from assistive devices, home modifications, or therapy support, reach out: (814) 619-3398 or info@scalucp.org.”
