Founder/owner, Walt Ronan, has assembled a talented staff of Physical and Occupational Therapists who average 15 years of experience in acute care and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurologic, industrial, sports, and geriatric programs.

T – Teres Minor
✅ Assists with external rotation
💡 Works closely with the infraspinatus for joint stability
S – Subscapularis
✅ Allows internal rotation (reaching behind your back)
💡 Frequently tight or overworked in shoulder dysfunction
