Highlands Health Clinic Highlands Health provides free and charitable medical, pharmaceutical and wellness services to those who qualify in the Laurel Highlands region.

The Highlands Health Clinic (formerly known as the Johnstown Free Medical Clinic) is a legacy to its founder, Dr. George Katter. With its team of dedicated volunteers since the Johnstown Flood of 1977, the clinic offers doctor visits, medication, basic labs and x-rays at no cost to qualified individuals of all ages.
