Arbutus Park Retirement Community, located in Richland Township, is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community offering independent living cottages and townhouses for seniors, as well as personal care, skilled nursing care, short term rehab care, and the finest Alzheimer’s and dementia care in the region. Today, we are a locally managed, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving older adults. We have a historical relationship with the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church.
