We also provide services tailored to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including behavior support services, home and community services, supported employment services, community participation services, and residential services. What a night! ✨🥰

Last night, we came together to celebrate our incredible team at our Employee Holiday Party, and our hearts are so full. We had an amazing time recognizing the people who bring our mission to life every single day.

From celebrating our outstanding Mental Health Therapy team, honoring our NADSP certificate recipients, recognizing perfect attendance, and applauding our Five Star winners from each quarter—this night was about celebrating the dedication, compassion, and hard work that each member of our team brings to C-NTA. We were also thrilled to introduce a brand-new award, Employee of the Year, and to recognize two truly exceptional team members, Jen and Scott, for their dedication, heart, and impact.

It was a magical evening filled with gratitude, pride, and appreciation. We are so blessed to work alongside such an incredible group of people, and so thankful to everyone who helped make this celebration possible. 💙🤩
