💘Our second Thankful Thursday Valentine is from Clinical Director Angie Richard to her team. She said:
"In our office, care doesn’t start when a session begins — it starts the moment someone reaches out for help. Jenn and Diana, our front desk team, lead with warmth, kindness, and clear communication. They think ahead about what people might need. They answer questions before they turn into worries. They help make every step — scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups — feel simple and supportive.
Our therapists — Tim, Heidi, Mindy, Richelle, Amy, and Jasmine — bring creativity, focus, and real care into every session. They listen closely, pay attention to the small details and jump into help when it's really needed. They think carefully about each client’s concerns. Most of all, they meet clients where they are — without judgment, without rushing, and without making assumptions. Here, people are not just appointments on a calendar. They are seen. They are heard. They are cared for. Sam has been great to add her expertise to make sure we are running smoothly, caring for our clients and helping the therapists keep up with changing needs in our field.
Behind the scenes, they support each other so we can keep giving the high-quality care our clients deserve. They talk things through, share ideas, and look at situations from different angles. By lending each other their expertise, they make a point of growing as a group, for them it's not a job its a calling. Making time to listen to each other, show care, share a laugh, and the occasional office treat.
They have created this wonderful experience to care for our clients and each other. This makes it worth coming to work every day!"
