I’m posting this because I had a few people message me…

Although both of these guys would say ‘I’m good…We’re ok…No one has to do that…’ lol

I’m coming from a place of answering those who messaged and that of being a long term patient myself in the past.

If it’s in your heart ♥️ to send gift cards 💳 for gas, groceries, Door Dash, restaurants, whatever, they will be greatly appreciated!!!! These families have taken time off work and family members have, also, to assist in caring for them. It’s not an easy task to drive these days. We all know that. 😉Shawn gave selflessly and I’m grateful that some can give to him in return. Nothing is expected but if you’re one of those people that inquired, please know your generosity will be accepted with gratitude. 😇❤️

And both guys can just hush 🤐 at this post. 😝😬😬😬

Soooo excited to say that I spoke to Bryan today!!! He was awake and alert 🚨 about 5/6 ish this morning. He is in ICU and they’ve done his initial ultrasound and chest x-ray 🩻. Both came back great! 😊 They’ll continue monitoring his labs 🧪 and other testing as protocol and we will update you all. He is very sore and a couple times he coughed and I could feel his pain with him.

Please keep the prayers going.

Sally and Sid are there with him keeping him company. 🥰

He’ll be moved from ICU possibly tonight but most likely tomorrow morning. Then will go to Transplant Unit. If you’d like visiting info please msg me.

I’ll post room info tomorrow where you can send cards. Waiting for him to get to his regular room.

Donor was taken in to visit with Bryan for a short time today before being moved out of ICU!!! He is doing well and we are sooooo happy for his recovery ❤️‍🩹 process so far. These guys are incredible healers!!!

Update! Bryan is out of surgery. He and donor are BOTH doing well. 🥰More info coming tomorrow but God is so good!

Bryan and I along with his family would like to offer our most sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined in this search. It is with the most incredible joy and tears of happiness that we are so happy to share with you that a donor has been found! Surgery is set and Hot Damn… Bryan will be in Pittsburgh for the NFL draft!! lol In all seriousness, surgery is set for April 20 hahaha and we could not be more excited! Our donor, at the moment, is choosing to remain anonymous. Bryan does have a history with this person and when they feel ready to share or if they ever feel ready to share, that will be their decision to make. Safe and healthy recoveries is what pray for them both, although we know that will be the outcomes!! 🥰And please share this wonderful news! We would love for all of you to know that we appreciate you and love you so much from the bottom of our hearts. Without all of you sharing this, talking about it, signing up, everything that you have done, this day would never have come. Now what we need most of all is just the prayers for Bryan and his donor to both have these successful surgeries, and please share this news with everyone!!!!
