Dr. Kuo is utilizing a novel technology with custom guides for patients to increase accuracy, decrease x-ray exposure, and still allow a minimally invasive approach to the lumbar spine.

Dr. Rebecca Kuo says she's found an alternative technique that will allow for surgeries in settings that don't have the funding, space or patient volume to use costly navigation systems or robots.
