✨️CLIENT HIGHLIGHTS✨️

Congrats to both of our clients, Lia and Sonia, for completing the Chicago Marathon yesterday 🙌🏽

This is the SECOND Chicago marathon for them, BOTH, with countless other races that they travel around the US to run.

Lia is currently training for her 1st HUNDRED MILER 😲 and comes to see us every 2-3 weeks.

Q: "What Difference have you noticed since receiving regular bodywork"

Lia: "Since receiving regular body work sessions I have definitely noticed a reduction in injuries and it makes my running easier. Recovery is easier as well"
