Join Bobbi for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you discover the version of each yoga pose that best supports your body. Through 10 foundational poses, we’ll explore modifications using chairs, props, and restorative options—as well as traditional and extended variations. You’ll leave feeling empowered with the knowledge to make every yoga class feel more accessible, effective, and uniquely your own.

Glow with the flow in this fun and energizing class! Before class, yogis will get creative with fluorescent paint sticks and bracelets, drawing designs on arms, legs, or face. We start with lights out, followed by brilliant black light illumination and an easy, playful practice that makes our glowing body art come to life! Students are encouraged to wear white or fluorescent clothing. Suitable for all ages and all abilities!
