This is typically what the dark files look like before labels are placed on them. The darker the glass the better for the incential oil inside.

Remember you need to make sure when buying essential oils that it is pure essential oils and not diluted down. Most quality brand pure essential oils will have both names referenced I'm what is inside their technical name and there non technical name. They should also not contain any carrier oils because carrier oils dilute the oil down. Some of these carrier oils are referred to as fraction coconut oil, tea tree oil, almond oil, and various other carrier oils. The laugh of these carrier oils are you clue and also knowing that you are receiving the pure quality essential oil you are looking for. Remember you can always ask you're qualified representative was selling the oil to verify that these are quality oils you're receiving or you can Google them online.

I hope this is helpful for you because there is a lot to learn when you get into using essential oils and you want to make sure they're pure so you know what you're putting on your body in your diffusers and what you're mixing if you mix your own blends. Lot of oils are used 4 health benefits. I fine that my favorite ones when I am sick are eucalyptus, peppermint, and lavender.

Their oils do come in the dark bottles which is one way of telling that they take pride in their pure essential oils. Essential oils need to be kept in dark vials like this to protect the oil quality. Never buy essential oils that are in clear bottles oh, that is your first clue and knowing these are not pure essential oils.

For those of you who have a lot of essential oils this is a great way to store them so they don't get broken. You can find other storage containers that are made out of the same material similar to that of your lunch bag that is made for essential oils so it protects them from bumping against each other. A friend of mine has a wooden box she keeps her oils in and she loves it. Just wanted to share this with you.

I have a circular necklace similar to this and I love it when I use my Essential Oils in it. I have very sensitive skin so if I have a blouse on that the oils wood stain I would wear this necklace and stud with the oils in it. I break out in rashes easily so I'm not able to wear perfumes or body sprays on my skin. I can only wear them on my clothing. The necklace I have I really love. I just wanted to share this with you.

CPAP & Nasal Congestion how essential oils can help.

If your like me night time is horrible and no matter what, whenever I'm not in an up right position I get terrible sinus congestion, even using a wedge pillow to elevate me doesn't help. I use a nasal rinse, perscription nasal spray, and allergie medication with a decongestant in it. I still get all congested as if I have a really bad cold. Besides this I have an unrepairable hole in the bottom of one sinus, so this issue will be a life long problem because of so many allergies. :(

To help keep my sinuses somewhat open I use a nasal inhaler with eucalyptus and peppermint oil to inhale in my nose to help relieve the congestion as needed, it works wonders as an immediate help, but the long-term relief isn't there.

What I've tried lately is one of those disposable eyeshadow disposable pad applicators you can use and toss. I use 1 - 2 drops of eucalyptus and peppermint oil and if I need to I'll add some lavender to help me relax. I take this little tiny disposable eyeshadow applicator and tape it outside next to the air intake on my CPAP machine. These essential oils help me breathe better longer helping to keep my sinuses open for a longer period. The amount of essential oils you can play around with to figure out the strength that is needed for you to help keep your sinuses open allowing you to breathe better with your CPAP machine. Start out with 1 drop off either oils or a combination of these oils. NEVER and I mean NEVER add the essential oil to the air filter on the intake of your machine. NEVER, and I mean NEVER add the essential oils to the water in your humidifier section of your machine because those oils will break down the plastic over times and cause damage to your machine. Another thing to remember is if your congested increase the humidity on your machine or set it to auto where the machine does this for you as you sleep.

I hope this help others to breathe better and not be as congested while using their CPAP machine. In addition to the above-mentioned try using a cool mist vaporizer that allows you to use essential oils in your room as an added bonus if you're not using a full face mask you'll benefit from that too.
