There are things you can stop doing right now to achieve happiness. First of all: stop blaming. Taking responsibility when things go wrong instead of blaming others isn't masochistic, it's empowering. Secondly, stop impressing. Genuine relationships make you happier, and you'll only form genuine relationships when you stop trying to impress. Another is: stop waiting for your turn to speak. Listen to what people have to say. They'll love you for it--and you'll love how that makes you feel.
