Investing in our team so we can better support the kids and families we serve! 💙

This past Friday our staff spent the day in training, including PCMA training to strengthen our skills in safety, crisis prevention, and supportive care. We also spent time on team building activities and open discussions about areas of growth, opportunities for improvement within our clinics, and ways we can continue strengthening the support we provide to our kids and families.

We’re proud of our team for their willingness to learn, collaborate, and continuously work toward providing the best support possible. Thank you to our amazing staff for your dedication each and every day! 🦋
