I HIGHLY recommend meditation to this album. These tracks are arranged to match the nahuales (Energies of the Day) on the Maya Tzolkin calendar. The sounds, here, are the audible incarnation of those Energies.

Today's Day on the Maya calendar is 12 Iq' (Wind/Breath of Life). The 12 means it's the 12th day of a repeating 13 day cycle (Trecena). The number 12 is a strong balanced number. Wind days tell us to pay attention to our communication. Words are very important, as is the delivery of those words. Strong wind days call for particular care in all that you say.
