Get to know Sara!

"I have a very mixed music taste and enjoy anything from 21 Savage, Alice In Chains, Daniel Caesar, to George Jones," Pilates instructor Sara, says.

Sara lives on coffee, Diet Coke, and great value water - "it’s the superior water!"

Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and nephews, taking Pilates classes (when she's not teaching), and napping. (We can all agree, Sara.)

Sara is in nursing school and graduates from ASU this December 2025!

We had so much fun at the 2nd Soul Shine Studios Mommy & Me Yoga class! We love seeing you bond with your little ones and give them a chance to move and play freely - all ages can practice letting their soul SHINE.

This class has been very successful so far and we'd like to know: would you like to continue to see Mommy & Me yoga options on the Soul Shine schedule from time to time?

As the final full week of July arrives (yes…REALLY), our team brings you lots of options to help with summer fitness goals. Our $5 Gym Circuit Training classes continue this week with Shane & Nikki, to help with your gym workout.

And to help keep you cool, we’ve got Pilates & Popsicles ALL WEEK! Each Pilates class will be followed by Popsicles (and juice of course).

Remember to make yourself a priority this week (on the mat, in the gym, or BOTH).

Soul Shine Studios is so excited to bring Mommy and Me Yoga back on July 19th with Elle! Let's be clear: this isn't your typical yoga class. It IS a fun way for kids and moms and quality time together. The class will take place at 9:30a.m and is $15 for a mom and child, + $5 each for additional children.

We suggest this class be for 10 and under because this class will be more about fun, gentle movement together, but it is up to you if you think your older kids may enjoy it as well.
