With the arrival of November, we’re reminded that a new year is just around the corner. We encourage you to begin momentum towards those new wellness goals BEFORE the arrival of 2026.
We’ve made some exciting updates to our class schedule this weekn Wednesday features a new midweek yoga option: Lava Flow at 5:30pm, preceded by a rotating “express” 45 minute class at 4:30. We hope you’ll make time for yourself this week and meet us on the mat…or the GYM!
