Through healing-centered movement, women reconnect with their bodies and step into deeper restoration inside I Am Fit University. Hey beautiful đ¤
I want to take a moment to introduce myself and share why this work matters so deeply to me. My name is Felicia Phillips, also known as The Anointed Trainer. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, and Licensed Minister of Healthâbut more than credentials, Iâm a woman who has lived through the kind of seasons that change you forever. I specialize in trauma-informed movement, nervous system regulation, and whole-body restoration for women healing from chronic stress, heartbreak, divorce, and toxic relationship cycles. I donât treat trauma clinicallyâbut I do teach women how trauma affects the body and how to safely reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement, strength, nutrition, and nervous system support. Many women are in therapy yet still feel disconnected from their bodies. My work helps bridge that gapârestoring safety, strength, and confidence in the body so emotional healing can be supported, not stalled. While recovering physically, I also walked through a divorce. That season taught me something no one had ever explained to me before:
you can love God deeply and still have a nervous system stuck in survival mode. I learned that trauma doesnât just live in our thoughtsâit lives in the body. Prayer was essential, but healing also required learning how to feel safe again, how to rest without guilt, how to move without punishment, and how to heal without rushing. That journey birthed I Am Fit University. I Am Fit University exists to help women heal spirit, soul, and body after heartbreak, divorce, trauma, illness, and emotionally unsafe seasons. This work is built on two core pillars:
đ¸ Hadassah Women of Value â focused on inner healing, identity restoration, boundaries, and emotional recovery for women healing from heartbreak and divorce.
đ§đ˝ââď¸ Move That Body with Felicia â focused on gentle, trauma-aware movement and nervous system support to help women reconnect with their bodies safely and compassionately. My mission is simple but sacred:
⨠to help women understand they are not broken
⨠to teach healing that honors the nervous system
⨠to create faith-based spaces where rest is holy, boundaries are biblical, and healing is not rushed
If youâve found your way here, itâs not by accident. Youâre welcome exactly as you are. This page is a place for encouragement, education, and truthâfor women ready to heal forward with faith, wisdom, and compassion.
