We are excited to welcome three outstanding clinicians to Families, Inc., and we are thrilled to have them serving our communities across Arkansas!

💙 Kim Segraves, LCSW – Therapist, Pocahontas
Kim earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and brings valuable experience and compassion to her role. We are excited to have her supporting individuals and families in the Pocahontas area.

💙 Bryce Trible, PLMSW – Therapist, Osceola
Bryce received his Master of Social Work from Howard University in Washington, DC. His dedication to client-centered care will be a wonderful asset to the Osceola community.

🌟 Recognition Spotlight 🌟

We are excited to recognize Beth Jackson as she steps into an expanded role overseeing our Internship Program at Families, Inc. 👏

In this added capacity, Beth will be responsible for interviewing and coordinating the placement of both undergraduate and graduate interns across Families, Inc. She will work closely with each clinical supervisor and partner colleges to ensure proper placement, meaningful learning experiences, and professional growth for every intern. Beth’s exceptional leadership, organization, and commitment to developing future professionals make her a perfect fit for this important role.

Beth is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has been a valued member of the Families, Inc. team since 2002, beginning her career with us as a therapist in our Paragould clinic. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Beth continues to serve clients—primarily disabled adults and the elderly—demonstrating her ongoing dedication to compassionate care.

Prior to joining Families, Inc., Beth worked in medical social work, served as a mental health coordinator for prison populations, and was a program specialist for a group home for adolescent girls, bringing a wealth of diverse experience to our organization.

Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Arkansas State University in 1999, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving both the President’s Award and the Social Work Department Award. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 2000.

Her excellence in the field was recognized in 2020, when she received the Social Worker of the Year Award from the National Association of Social Workers, Northeast Arkansas Chapter. Beth also serves as an adjunct professor at Arkansas State University in the Master of Social Work program.

We were honored to have members of our administrative leadership team graciously hosted by Methodist Children’s Behavioral Hospital Medical Director, Dr. John Burnett, and his incredible team for a tour of their beautiful new facility, opening in just a few weeks in Jonesboro.

This new hospital is a tremendous addition to our community and will play a vital role in serving children and adolescents across Northeast Arkansas, expanding access to much-needed behavioral health care. Methodist Children’s Behavioral Hospital will offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services designed to support healing, stability, and long-term wellness for young people and their families.

Those in attendance included CEO Mark Thurman, HR Generalist DeShawnna DeFord, Director of Human Resources Sherri Harp, Vice President of Operations Haley Thomas, Families, Inc. Medical Director Dr. Pawel Kurylo, and Public Relations Coordinator Creston Sweet.

We are incredibly proud to recognize Dr. Dana Bevill Watson, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, for her continued leadership and outstanding contributions to Families, Inc. Counseling Services.

Dr. Watson has been a valued member of the Families, Inc. team since May 2011, and we are excited to share that she now serves as Clinical Supervisor for an expanded area—including Poinsett County, Trumann School District, Nettleton School District, and Bay School District. Her expertise, dedication, and steady leadership continue to strengthen our clinical services and support the teams serving these communities.

Dr. Watson’s excellence has not gone unnoticed—she has been named Premier Magazine’s Mental Health Professional an incredible seven times. Many in our community also recognize her voice from Wednesdays on the Arkansas Morning Show with Brandon and Kelly, powered by Families, Inc., where she serves as a trusted mental health expert.

💙💛 Welcome to the Team, Ilo! 💛💙

Please join us in welcoming Ilo Webster, LCSW to Families, Inc. Counseling Services! Ilo joined our organization in January 2026 as the Jonesboro Outpatient and Brookland School-Based Clinical Supervisor.

In her role, Ilo provides clinical supervision for therapists and QBHPs serving both outpatient and school-based programs, supporting high-quality, compliant, and client-centered care. Based in our Jonesboro Clinic, she works closely with school districts and community partners throughout the region to strengthen services and outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Prior to joining Families, Inc., Ilo held several leadership roles, including Clinical Director and Regional Director, where she provided strategic oversight for clinical operations across multiple locations. She supervised and mentored clinical staff, led quality improvement initiatives, collaborated with executive leadership on program development and compliance, and supported service expansion—all while maintaining a clinical caseload providing individual, family, and crisis intervention services.

Ilo began her career as a mental health therapist, delivering evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and families in both outpatient and school-based settings. She is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to staff development, and dedication to improving access to quality mental health care.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Arkansas State University (Cum Laude) and her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Ilo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Ilo is passionate about supporting clinicians, strengthening school-based partnerships, and advancing Families, Inc.’s mission of helping individuals and families live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Ilo resides in Jonesboro with her husband, Aaron, and their four children. You’ll often find her cheering them on in sports and their many passions. She’s also a proud ASU fan—Go Red Wolves! ❤️🐺 In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and long walks.
