Or 6 in that morning. Maybe more depending on what time everyone is leaving.

I'm considering bringing my PEMF machine to Caraway tonight for the JLJ Productions race. I'm not running, but I will come if anyone is interested in a session before or after their run. These will be 25 minute sessions and will focus on shoulders, back, hind, and hocks. If you have any problem areas, we can address those as well. These are great pre-run for improved performance and increased range of motion. It is also great post-run to help aid in muscle recovery!
