And now, last but not least, our grand finale.

In 2024, we presented the very first NEA Advertising Hall of Fame honor to Tracey Steele. Today, we are thrilled to induct our second-ever honoree — the incomparable Nicole Frakes

For decades, Nicole has been the very definition of a pillar in our advertising community. Generations of students, interns, and young professionals have Nicole’s leadership to thank for their careers. Her mentorship, dedication, and passion have shaped not just individuals, but the very fabric of our industry here in Northeast Arkansas.

As a long-standing member of the NEA Baptist marketing department, Nicole has also played a vital role in developing multiple award-winning campaigns, proving her excellence both inside and outside of AAF.

Nicole has served tirelessly on the AAF NEA Board of Directors, pouring her time, talent, and heart into building this organization into what it is today. She is always among the first to raise her hand to volunteer her time, her skills, and her boundless energy.

And let’s be honest — raise your hand if your very first professional headshot was thanks to Nicole. 🙋‍♀️

From fundraisers to advocacy initiatives, to educational opportunities with students, and sharing her expertise with nonprofits and community events, Nicole has given her immense photography and design talents generously and without hesitation. She has also been a constant mentor during ADvantage and other student-focused events, guiding the next generation of advertisers with patience, wisdom, and encouragement.

Her legacy is written not only in her work, but in the countless lives she has touched.

It is with pride, admiration, and deep gratitude that we welcome Nicole Frakes into the NEA Advertising Hall of Fame.
