Forest Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Jonesboro, just minutes away from hospital services, doctors’ offices and the offices of other health care professionals. We believe that all our residents deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Forest Haven realizes that each of our residents has individual needs, and we specialize in providing the care necessary to fulfill these needs. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Forest Haven, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. 🌟 Celebrating Penny – 15 Years of Dedication! 🌟

For the past 15 years, Penny has been a cornerstone of our Dietary Department, bringing not only her skills but also her heart to Forest Haven. Over the years, she has worn many hats, stepping in wherever needed with resilience and strength. Her journey is especially meaningful, as she once experienced life here as a resident during her therapy stay following an auto accident — giving her a unique perspective and deep appreciation for the care we provide.

Penny is known for her independent-minded spirit — never afraid to speak her mind and always pushing for what she believes is best. That strength of character, paired with her unwavering dedication, has made her an essential part of our team.

Her daily work reflects the very heart of our mission: to improve quality of life for our residents. Whether it’s ensuring meals are nourishing and comforting or simply sharing her presence, Penny’s devotion has touched countless lives.
