It’s been a while since our last post—thank you for your patience! We want to extend a warm welcome to all our new followers and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has continued to support us.

Tomorrow marks National PTSD Awareness Day, a time dedicated to shedding light on the impact of PTSD and emphasizing the importance of seeking help and support. It’s a reminder that PTSD is a natural response to trauma, and we all have a role to play in breaking the stigma and fostering understanding.

If you ever need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. And if you feel we’re not the right fit for you—that’s absolutely okay. We’re here to help you find the support that feels right and comfortable for you.
