It's HOT HOT HOT out there! 🥵 Whether you're running errands or just stepping out for a minute, this heat can get serious fast. Here are some quick tips to keep you safe!

💦Stay Hydrated - Drink water like it's your full-time job.
💒Stay Indoors - If you can, stay in the AC during peak heat hours (10am-4pm).
🐕NEVER leave kids or pets in the car - Not even for a second.
👚Dress Light - Lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting = lifesaving.
📞Check on Others - Especially elderly neighbors or anyone without AC.

Let's take care of ourselves and each other. The sun may be extra, but we can be smart about it. 🌞

It is observed on the last Monday of May. Memorial Day is also considered the unofficial beginning of summer in the United States.”
