Join us for a Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course designed for anyone who adventures, works, or lives in remote areas. Whether you’re a backpacker, scout leader, guide, or outdoor enthusiast, this industry-standard 16-hour certification will give you the lifesaving skills you need when help is far away.
🧭 Hybrid Format:
✅ 8 hours of online, self-paced training
✅ 1 day of hands-on, in-person scenarios led by Survival Med Instructor, Spencer Bradley.
🩺 What You’ll Learn:
✔️ Scene safety, patient assessment & life support
✔️ Bleeding control, commercial and improvised tourniquet use, splinting, CPR & AED use
✔️ Managing medical issues like anaphylaxis, shock, head injuries, asthma, diabetes & more
✔️ Cold/heat injuries, lightning safety, altitude illness & animal encounters
✔️ Basic survival skills & emergency signaling
