Gibson’s Pharmacy Delivery Updates Starting February 16th
To better serve our patients and support safe, timely care, we’ve updated our delivery service.
• Delivery request deadline: 9:30 AM. Any delivery requests received after this time will be offered to be set up on the next delivery day.
• Deliveries will go out at 10:00 AM to help ensure medications arrive on time and without delay.
• Please allow 1 business day notice for delivery of refills on maintenance medications to allow time to request and receive refills and fill all prescriptions. For antibiotics or other urgent medications, we will do our best to accommodate delivery during our scheduled delivery time upon request.
• Medications will be coordinated into 1 delivery per week to improve efficiency and continuity of care.
• If delivery is requested, someone must be home and available to sign for the delivery. If you are unable to be home, please contact the pharmacy as soon as possible to prevent delays and unnecessary use of time and resources.
