Just a reminder that the clinic is closed today. I had/have some things to do with Methodist Children’s Behavioral Health today.

I will be rounding at the Children’s Hospital as well as still running my clinic. I will appreciate all of the patience/grace you all give me during the time it will take to get a new routine going. 🤣🫠 I’m very excited for this. NEA needs this hospital badly and I am very excited to have it here and also have the opportunity to help out!

If you know a child that needs mental health services, please know they will be loved and safe and helped at this facility.

In order to be present for the Grand Opening of the Methodist Children's Behavioral Health Hospital - I will be out of the office tomorrow! After the Grand Opening, I will have some final training things to do there.

Everyone is welcome to attend! Starts at 10am with the ribbon cutting at 10:30!

I am looking forward to expanding my assistance with this and appreciate everyone's patience with me during this addition! ❤️

We had such a great morning this morning! I got my exercise rings closed before 10am! 😅 Protein coffee, 1st Phorm protein bars, exercise and new friendships! ❤️😍☺️ Perfect start to a Saturday!

1.) Heather Marie Landers with Healthy Life with Heather. She is a Physical Therapist turned nutrition guru that is LOCAL! She offers so many things to help you get and stay on track!

2.) If that doesn’t work for you, check out Makayla Thomas! I am posting the TikTok video I just did to show you what her cookbooks look like. If you’ve been my patient for any amount of time, you know I have recommended her stuff to you. I can recommend things and make out meal plans all day long but let’s be real… I can’t force you to make those changes. And I get it! It’s so overwhelming.

These ladies have been wonderful for me!

If you don’t see me posting about certain things anymore, this is why. It’s a constant battle to keep you all in the loop of things I have to offer as a medical and wellness clinic. Social media is practically my only way to “market” right now and I can’t risk losing my page. Thankfully one of my two posts were restored but I’m literally having to fight them on it. They obviously have no idea the difference between “drugs” and a vitamin or “prescription weight loss” and not prescription weight loss. You can literally go to one of these websites and purchase the product yourself (without a script). 🙄

To say I’m annoyed would be an understatement but at the same time… I don’t need my page shut down. I need to figure out how other places are able to keep theirs up - or are they fighting it too? 😑 I have appealed both posts, one was restored but the other is still in review and has been for over a month now.

So from here on out…. It’s probably easiest to check my clinic website for what all I offer. I will try and keep it updated often. ❤️

I am excited to finally announce my exciting things coming that will begin next year and things that will continue!

1.) Cash pay for labs. If you find yourself without insurance and need labs, come see me. Your basic labs will run you about $130 (close estimate). That will include your CBC, CMP, TSH, vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron panel, lipids, and the draw fee for Quest/myself.
There’s absolutely NO reason you should have to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket for labs. Welcome to “client pay”…. At my cost. I can and will draw the labs if I need to or I will send your order to Quest. With the visit and labs together: $200. That’s about what you were paying in your premium anyways (give or take). Just put that money back into a savings account for your health and use it when needed. Payment due up front. I've been working with Quest on this and it’s good to go now! These can also be adjusted based on specific needs. If you only want to check your TSH (thyroid) we can just check the thyroid.

2.) Considering direct primary care. Monthly service fees for primary care that would include visits, labs, and direct access to me when you need. However…. I know just like with insurance; you wouldn’t need it monthly so that’s the only reason I’m still considering. Interest?

3.) I will definitely continue to offer affordable IV fluids in the clinic. No need for high ER bills (unless after hours). Same goes for wellness injections (that I already HIGHLY recommend). Prevention is key to good health. $25 for 500mL fluids. $50 for 1000mL. Add-ons (like b12 and such… have to be careful what i say here) available per request and product availability.

4.) Hormone therapy visit and labs (for no insurance/cash pay): $400. The labs for HRTs are a bit more expensive and detailed so they do cost a bit more (around $300 my cost). This is per visit with visits and labs needed at least every 6 months to one year. Possibly sooner if trying to get the labs optimized and in optimal ranges for you.

5.) I have always offered mobile/home visits; dont think people realized that though. That will continue. Radius is within 20 miles of Jonesboro. Others may be considered depending on situation. I have 5 years experience in home health care. ❤️🥰

6.) open to ideas on what you all would like to see. 🥰 It’s your health - I’m here to support you however I can, legally and ethically. ❤️

7.) Telehealth may be phasing out due to current restrictions and guidelines so stay tuned for that… I will be digging into that more.
