YAY!!! Being healthy is becoming easier. I also offer AfterPay if needed but this is a better option with lower fees. 😉

I had to have a hysterectomy when I was 29 years old due to endometriosis. I am VERY lucky to have my babies! The hysterectomy took away the endo pain but it also took away my hormones and still struggle with joint pain at times.

I found some interesting articles a while back about using GLP1 meds for inflammation. I, personally, have seen great results with myself and others who are trying it for themselves.

This morning I read this article and thought I would share it. It’s interesting and worth further exploration if you have endo and still have all of your female parts. If you dont have to have a hysterectomy, dont. If you can keep your ovaries, do! ❤️

I’ve saved a few people from a long wait in the ER this week…. The hospitals are crowded right now! Some on diversion.

Migraine? - toradol! STD? - Antibiotic! Sinus infection? - Sinus cocktail! Nausea? - Zofran! Been sick and need fluids? I have those too!

Not listed here (still working on this list 😉) are the prices for fluids: $25 for 500mL and $50 for 1000mL right now! (Those prices will double in a couple months due to my cost rising also. 🤧)

Screenings are VERY important. If a colonoscopy doesn’t sound enticing for you, at least get this done! A simple blood test. Colonoscopies are one of the main reasons people miss out on their screenings for colon cancer…. Now there’s no excuses. 😜

Good Morning!!!

I will be going on TWO mission trips this summer.

One will be to Costa Rica and the other will be to Honduras.

I originally made the flyer to be for Honduras Spirit Week in March but I am feeling the need to offer these services until we go!

That being said... ALL SERVICES LISTED will be good from NOW until the end of July!

A little about each trip!

Costa Rica - we work with a mission called One More Child to assist with feeding programs. We went with them last year and it was a life changing experience. Not only did we pack food bags for the kids and their families; we helped a pregnant Momma get ready for her twin babies and helped her with concrete floors in her home before the twins came. She had literal dirt floors. I am excited to go back and see the twins and all the other kiddos we got to love on when we were there.

Honduras - we are helping build an orphanage. The plan for the orphanage is to be the future home of girls ranging in ages from 8-12 years old with mental or brain disabilities. The government in Honduras has pushed this orphanage to the top of the line to be finished because there is such a need for this in this country.

*Heart string tug* - these babies are found in literal dumps. When I say dumps - imagine going to a landfill and finding a child digging through the trash to be able to survive on their own. This is Honduras. In America, we have the CPS/DHS system (even as broken as it is... its still SOMETHING). In Honduras, they have NOBODY. 😭

Hey pals!

I have received A LOT of phone calls about the mail not running and meds not being delivered on time.

I’m very sorry this is happening. Unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do to help with this. I can make phone calls but it won’t get us anywhere. FedEx did not run for several days due to the weather so they are behind. All we can do is wait at this point. You can file a claim but it likely won’t help much if they are behind. I know this from past experiences.

I know that puts a few of you off schedule but being a few days off isn’t going to affect much. Also, the meds are packaged in cool packs (or supposed to be) and it’s been cold enough that your meds will still be okay when they get to you. Even if they are room temperature when you get them, they will be okay to use still.

I hope this helps clear up some wondering…. I know it’s very frustrating. I hope we get back on schedule soon. ❤️

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Maybe winter will pass soon with no more outbursts. 🫠😆

Current and Future Patients:

Please be patient with me. I am having several issues with my current Medical Record system and I will likely be changing (again). I’ve had unresolved issues for over a year now and I’m not happy about it for the price I pay per month. So…. I will be looking to transition over to something else soon. The billing dept. is also having consistent unresolved issues.

If I don’t respond to a portal message - I’m sorry. I probably didn’t even know I had one. This has been addressed multiple times and no resolution. On the other hand, I may know I have a message but… I can’t open the message. lol! So sorry! 😣

I will keep you all updated but change is coming. ❤️🥹
