🎉 Cato Pet Hospital – New Year’s Holiday Hours 🐾

To allow our team time with their families, Cato Pet Hospital will be closed on:

📅 Wednesday 12/31
📅 Thursday 1/1

We will resume normal business hours on Friday.

For urgent needs while we are closed, Allied Animal ER in Jonesboro will be available:

🏥 Allied Animal ER Hours
🕕 Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🕖 Thursday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
🗓️ Normal weekend hours resume Friday

If your pet experiences an emergency during these times, please contact Allied directly.

🎄 Holiday Hours at Cato Pet Hospital 🎄

Cato Pet Hospital will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week in observance of the Christmas holiday.
We will be open regular hours Monday and Tuesday.

If your pet needs medication refills, please reach out first thing Monday so we can ensure everyone is taken care of before the holidays.

For emergency needs while we are closed:
• Emergency hospitals in Memphis and Little Rock will be open
• Allied Animal ER in Jonesboro will open Friday at 6:00 PM

🎄❤️ Cato Christmas Celebration 2025 ❤️🎄

This weekend we took a moment to celebrate the end of another great year and kick off the Christmas season together. This year, we hugged each other a little tighter and soaked in the time spent with this amazing work family.

We even had a special guest visit — Dr. Landreth came by and made the night extra special! 💕

🎄✨ Jonesboro Joyfest 2025 was PURE magic! ✨🎄

We had such a great time yesterday—this event never fails to bring out the Christmas spirit in every corner of Downtown. You can truly feel the holiday magic each year at Joyfest! ❤️

A huge shoutout to Sarah and her incredible team for putting together such a festive, family-friendly event. Your hard work shows and our community appreciates you more than you know! 🎅🎁

💚 A Message From Our Cato Family 💚

It is with very heavy hearts that we share some difficult news about someone incredibly special to us. Our beloved Office Manager, teammate, and friend — truly the backbone of Cato Pet Hospital — Hailey has been diagnosed with colon cancer that has already metastasized.

This has been a shocking and devastating diagnosis over the last couple of weeks, and as a family here at Cato, we are leaning on one another with love and prayer. Hailey begins her fight on Monday.

Many of you who have heard asked the same question: “What can we do?” The honest answer right now is that we don’t fully know. But we do know that Hailey needs her community behind her.

💙 Her top priority right now is one thing — getting better so she can be here for her son, Grayson. Everything we do to support her is ultimately helping her fight for him.

🌿 How you can support:
• We will be accepting donations for Hailey and her family at Cato Pet Hospital.
• We are also working to open an account at Bank OZK that will allow people to donate directly — those details will be posted as soon as everything is finalized.

Hailey is the kind of person who pours her heart into others every single day. Now it’s our turn to surround her with love, prayer, and support.

We ask for grace, understanding, and compassion as our team navigates the coming weeks. We also ask that everyone keep Hailey, Grayson, and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

Edit to add: We are supposed to have back up systems through them that are also down but we have set up personal hot spots and call forwarding so starting at 1:00 we should be back up to business as usual. Thank you all for your patience and we are so sorry for any issues this caused.

Our internet is currently down which means our phones are down also. We are on the phone with AT&T trying to figure out the issue and get it fixed ASAP.
