We currently offer weekly donation based group classes, Massage (Swedish, Thai, TuiNa, Pre/Postnatal) and private fitness sessions. This is a safe place to come–exactly as you are–and to practice self inquiry. We help Northeast Arkansas find community, ease of movement and a peaceful mind. Namaste’
