It’s officially fall (even though the weather hasn’t gotten the memo)!

What flavors and scents make you think of the fall season!?
Cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric and ginger are the first to come to mind!

There are a lot of “fall foods” that provide health benefits. These foods are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, micronutrients, fiber and have anti- inflammatory properties, and offer immune system support!

Add some fall flavors into your meal plan this season! 🍽️

Getting on track with a healthier lifestyle can often times be overwhelming!

Fad diets and overly restrictive plans may be successful in the short term, but are not ideal (or sustainable) for long term!

There is no ONE perfect plan, magic menu, or food that fits all. One of the first steps is to learn which foods fuel your body (nutrient dense foods) and which ones are “empty calories”.

It’s about balance
It’s about mindful eating and changing unhealthy behaviors
It’s about consistency!!

Start small and be consistent! Don’t give up.
