Do you find yourself with little to no eyebrows these days? I can help. I am in PMU-permanent makeup, tattoo, school which has taught me how to put your eyebrows back to their youthful appearance. Keep in mind these are before and right after shots. There is still a touch up to go and they will fade 30% to 50%. But they are stunning, if I do say so myself. I need another person who can pay $200.00 to have their brows done by me, Shannon Clark, at school in Knoxville on a Sunday afternoon really soon. I need more practice before they will let me do them in the shop. Thank you.
