We are all on a journey of remembering. Remembering who we truly are beneath the conditioning, beneath the expectations, beneath the roles we were taught to play.

The process of releasing ingrained patterns of behavior and societal expectations does not look the same for everyone. It was never meant to. As I wrote in my first book, The Magic Inside You, this path is not “one size fits all.” Your healing will not look like mine. Your unfolding will not follow someone else’s timeline.

Find your teachers. I have had many over the years, and each one expanded me in a different way. Some taught me strength. Some taught me surrender. Some taught me discernment. All of them helped me grow.

I’ve been blessed to guide hundreds of people on their own journeys, and if there is one thing I know for certain, it is this: stay humble. Stay gracious. Growth is not about arriving; it is about allowing.

When you focus on your true desires — not what the world tells you to want, but what genuinely lights you up — you are guided exactly where you need to be.

Trust that.
