We are so excited to announce that we have been recognized as a 2024 Silver Achievement in Quality Award recipient by the AHCA/NCAL. We are the only skilled nursing facility in Washington County and only 1 of 3 in East Tennessee to currently hold this honor! We are incredibly proud of our Four Oaks team 💚

Today was our big Luau Party! 🌺🎉 We dressed up, danced, and enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch with baked beans, coleslaw, and fruit kabobs for dessert. To top it all off, we had a special guest singer entertain us outside—such a fun week! 🌞🍍

Today was Olympic Sports Day! The staff competed in a fun dancing cup-balancing game and a sack race, while our residents showed off their skills with ring toss and disc throw. Everyone enjoyed a delicious outdoor lunch—hot dogs, baked beans, coleslaw, and ice cream for dessert! Staff celebrated CNA Week with Coney dogs and chips. We wrapped up the day by awarding sunglasses to our resident Olympians. A fun-filled day all around! 🏅🌭☀️
