Yesterday we played “Whack-a-mole”! The residents got to take turns trying to bop the stuffed animals or our staff on the head 😂

Saturday evening was a treat as we headed to the Horse Show at South Central Ruitans! Residents enjoyed hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, friends, and of course, beautiful horses. It was the perfect way to spend the evening, and everyone had a blast! 🐎

Four Oaks had a layover on our flight to rehab yesterday and turned it into Pajama Day fun! Our team transformed the day into a cozy “hotel” experience for residents, complete with a joyful pillow fight between therapy staff and residents.
The halls were filled with laughter, smiles, and the reminder that rehab can be both healing and fun.

A big thank you to Gentiva Hospice for providing a delicious lunch to fuel our team. Your support means so much to us!

Rehab Week 2025 is Here! ✈️

Tomorrow kicks off Rehab Week (9/15–9/20) at all ATS facilities, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our teams and residents!

This year’s theme is “Passport to Rehab” — we’re getting ready to take our residents on their dream vacation through fun activities, themed events, and plenty of smiles.

Stay tuned all week as we share the adventures, creativity, and teamwork that make rehabilitation such a meaningful journey. 🚢🏖️🗺️

For residents, the award honors individuals who have led extraordinary lives, achieved significant accomplishments, or made meaningful contributions to their community, either before or during their time in long-term care. We are very proud of Beverly and her inspiring story! We are blessed that she chose Four Oaks Healthcare Center as her care provider 💚

We are so excited to announce that we have been recognized as a 2025 Silver Achievement in Quality Award recipient by the AHCA/NCAL. We are the only skilled nursing facility in Washington County and only 1 of 3 in East Tennessee to currently hold this honor! We are incredibly proud of our Four Oaks team 💚
