Whether you need a primary care physician, dental work, or behavioral health services, you can count on Stone Mountain Health Services for the quality care you expect and deserve. We have 12 clinics located throughout Southwestern Virginia including Jonesville, Virginia, to provide primary medical care when you need it at an affordable cost. Since 1976, the primary focus of our nonprofit, private group health clinic has been on providing exemplary medical, dental, and behavioral health services. As a certified quality health center, we provide services by educated and experienced health care professionals to address your every need. What makes our practice special is that our practitioners live in the communities we serve. Our board is also comprised of individuals that reside and work within each community, and our fees are established using a sliding fee scale based on the income of our patients and their insurance. We work with your insurance whether it's private, Medicare, or Medicaid and can even offer you care if you are underinsured or uninsured.

❤️ Gratitude in Action for Heart Health! ❤️

We are incredibly thankful to the American Heart Association for their generous donation of blood pressure cuffs to support our 2026 Hypertension Project!

Access to reliable blood pressure monitoring is a critical step in preventing heart disease and stroke — especially in rural and underserved communities. These cuffs will allow our team to develop a blood pressure cuff lending library to equip patients with the tools they need to monitor their blood pressure at home, improve medication adherence, and take an active role in managing their health.

This partnership strengthens our mission to reduce uncontrolled hypertension and improve cardiovascular outcomes across our service area. Together, we are empowering patients, supporting families, and building healthier communities — one blood pressure reading at a time.
