Celebrating every small win 🥹💛

This might be TMI… but as someone with ADHD, taking time to truly feel accomplished doesn’t come easy. I tend to move quickly from one task/idea to the next, always thinking about what’s still left to do. But today I’m pausing(for no more than 5 minutes🤪) to soak everything in. Including my very first Google review 🥹✨

Opening Sacred Wellness has been fun, but building something from scratch has had its challenges. I’m so very grateful to the clients who have trusted me with their care, and to this incredible community for showing up, booking with me, and helping this vision grow.

Homeschooling twins, and growing my healing practice isn’t always easy. But it has been deeply rewarding💛

Last week I got to practice Thai massage with a dear friend while my daughters watched and learned by my side(and played with the sweetest kitties ever 🥹). I love getting to share this practice with them✨
