Turns out, the scariest thing in our office isn’t me 👻— it’s bad desk posture.
Here’s how to keep your skeleton (literally) in check:
✔️ Feet flat on the floor (no dangling skeleton legs)
✔️ Hips + knees at a 90° angle
✔️ Screen at eye level (Captain hates “tech neck” 🧟‍♂️)
✔️ Shoulders relaxed — not up in your ears like you just saw a ghost
✔️ Breaks every 30–60 minutes to move, stretch, and shake those bones
