Three days into the new year!! Hope everyone had a great holiday! I’ve enjoyed the past couple weeks getting to sleep in and hang with the kiddos. I’m also excited to see what 2024 brings!

Let’s talk about some fitness rhythms!
I try to remind my clients not to focus on the negative when it comes to starting a fitness journey. Avoid telling yourself I have to give up something or take away anything.

Start small! Start by ADDING something positive. Add more water, add more steps, add more vegetables.

Starting small can help build momentum and prevent becoming overwhelmed. Be patient and celebrate each milestone along the way.

Here’s to a new year of setting achievable goals and creating positive rhythms!

When I was brainstorming what helps make great qualities of a trainer, these 3 characteristics came to mind.

Reliable: we will consistently be a trustworthy person who shows up for our clients. They can always to depend on us.

Relatable: each client is unique and requires a personalized approach. We will meet our client at any level of fitness and enable them to reach their goals!

Responsive: We respond quickly and positively. Offering a flexible service and showing interest with enthusiasm!

Did you know strength training is a great way to improve your overall health? Here are just a few reasons why one should start incorporating weights into their workout routine!
