Three days into the new year!! Hope everyone had a great holiday! I’ve enjoyed the past couple weeks getting to sleep in and hang with the kiddos. I’m also excited to see what 2024 brings!
Let’s talk about some fitness rhythms!
I try to remind my clients not to focus on the negative when it comes to starting a fitness journey. Avoid telling yourself I have to give up something or take away anything.
Start small! Start by ADDING something positive. Add more water, add more steps, add more vegetables.
Starting small can help build momentum and prevent becoming overwhelmed. Be patient and celebrate each milestone along the way.
