Wishing you a happy and peaceful new year. There will be no classes tomorrow New Year's Day, but you can yoga with Ngoc twice on Friday!! Yoga flow at 8:30 am and deep stretch at 5:45 PM.

Tonight's yoga class will be Fitness on Demand video unless we can get a sub (highly unlikely). Amelia has a shoulder/neck injury she is currently letting heal. She'll be back on the mat Friday: Yoga for Athletes at 5:15AM and Deep Stretching at 5:45PM. Thanks for understanding!

UPDATE: We have been notified by Millennium management that classes will be canceled this evening due to the forecasted weather. The city has stated that tonight's weather will be worse than Monday night. Stay safe, and we'll see you on Friday for some yoga. 8:30AM Flow with Tracy. 5:45PM with Amelia. Namaste, friends!
