Moving your teeth is an incredible process with results that are well worth the wait, though it's not always the most comfortable. 😅

It's normal to feel some tenderness after getting braces, an adjustment, or starting a new aligner. That pressure means your appliance is working! This discomfort usually fades in a few days.

But if the pain gets worse, feels sharp, or doesn't go away, it could mean something isn't right. If anything feels off, trust your gut and give us a call. We're always here to help! 😊
