Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri We are a nonprofit providing free medical and dental care for the uninsured in the southwest Missouri area. Prescription assistance is available.

The Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri is a free health clinic providing quality care to the uninsured. We are located in Joplin, Missouri and provide care to residents throughout the southwest Missouri area. Services include general health, chronic disease management, orthopedic, pediatrics, chiropractic, limited mental health (connected to chronic disease management), cardiology, and dental (extractions only).

We are so very thankful for the W. R. Corley Memorial Trust for their grant of $5000 towards medical care for the uninsured. Mr. Corley left quite a legacy of helping those in need in the community.
