Warming Center Notice

The Minnie Hackney Community Service Center will be operating as an overnight warming center during the upcoming winter storm.

🕖 Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
📅 Dates: Friday, January 23 through Thursday, January 29

As dangerously cold temperatures move into our area, we are opening our doors to provide a safe, warm place for individuals who need shelter overnight.
To support this effort, we are requesting donations and volunteers to help us provide a safe and welcoming overnight experience.

Current needs include:
• Blankets and sleeping bags
• Cold-weather clothing (coats, gloves, hats, socks)
• Non-perishable food and hot meal items
• Bottled water, coffee, and hygiene supplies

Financial donations are especially helpful and allow us to respond quickly to urgent needs such as staffing, utilities, meals, and emergency supplies.
