Sciatic discomfort is often influenced by tension in the hips, glutes, and low back. This focused session is designed to work through those areas with slow, intentional massage and assisted Thai stretching to help reduce pressure and improve movement.
Rather than chasing symptoms, the work follows the tension patterns that commonly contribute to sciatic irritation. Each session is tailored to what your body is presenting that day.
Depending on session length, we either focus entirely on the area of concern or integrate the work into a full-body massage for more overall support.
Hot stones, cupping, or muscle scraping may be incorporated when appropriate at no additional cost.
Session Options
1 Hour: Focused Work
Entire session is dedicated to the hips, glutes, and low back.
90 Minutes: Expanded Focus
Includes surrounding areas like hamstrings and hip flexors to better support the primary complaint.
2 Hours: Full Body with Focus
A full-body massage with extra attention to the areas contributing to sciatic discomfort. Recommended for more complete, lasting relief.
