With a client/ friends permission, I’m sharing her success story…

A lovely young woman came in a few weeks ago with terrible knee pain, so much she was worried about going to a specialist.
We talked, I asked her about her work, lifestyle etc…
I suggested a bit of core work and gave her stretches to do.

Today has been a good day….
She calls with the best news…”Miss Ang… my knees have completely quit aching…the more core work I do, the better they feel!”

I’m amazed, the longer I do Massage Therapy, the things I learn.

Fascia controls so much.. this was a facial restriction that’s being relieved due to lower abdominal strengthening, hip flexor strengthening and adductor stretching…IT’S ALL CONNECTED!! SO COOL!

Just a good reminder, where the pain is, is usually not where the problem is!
