This may be gifted to someone else but they must be at a delivering hospital within 60 miles to allow for pickup of the placenta within the first 24 hours. Why hire a doula?

I could list statistics about how doulas lower the rates of interventions like epidurals and C-sections - we have lots of concrete evidence that demonstrates the benefits of a trained support person during birth.

To me though, being your doula is about so much more than these studies and figures. I'm a doula because I believe you deserve birth support, and I'm there to provide it unconditionally. I will always serve your needs and desires. You are the most important person in the room to me, and you can trust me to wholy attentive to you.
