Your mental health matters.
Not just on your good days.
Not just when you’re “doing better.”
On the heavy days. The quiet days.
The barely-getting-through-it days.
YOU matter.
Exactly as you are — right now.
Your illness does not define you.
You are not your worst day.
You are not your diagnosis, your bad moments, or the things you’re still healing from.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to grow at your own pace.
And even when your mind tries to tell you otherwise —
